The best "paranormal" photos I have gotten at a cemetery were taken during the day time. Even though you may have permission to enter at night be prepared to at least be questioned if the authorities stop. I would at least get written permission and keep it with you even though that may not help if you are stopped. I was questioned by the police at a cemetery during the day by the police because the week before someone was robbed at gun point there. Always be courteous and do what ever they say, even if you have permission and they tell you yo go. The fastest way to get arrested is to be a smart.... Make sure you have identification on you.
