my theory on shadow people(kind of)

I don't know anything about shadow people but have seen 1 before. It was in a hospital when I was a Teen. He stood against the wall, nearly half way between my side & the other patient. there was a chair against the wall with a plant on it & a helium balloon attached to it & right beside this stood this shadow creature. It moved/swayed a little as it stood there & it watched me. It COMPLETELY Scared the crap out of me for what felt like hours (I don't know how long it was there though) When my mom finally came to visit me it was still there & I was all nervous/paranoid and she asked what was wrong & I told her about that man staring at me. She just laughed & shut my curtain between the beds, so I couldn't see it. She didn't believe me, just thought I was imagining it. I wrote if off as a hallucination until about the time I came to this site.

There is no reason to be scared or afraid. I think the reason most people are afraid, feel uneasy, or feel dread is because its unknown. People fear what they dont know or what they cant explain. Also they are usually dark colored and black is associated with evil, same reason people are afraid of the dark because night has always been associated with evil, murder, monster

They often watch people that were supposed to die for whatever reason didn't or their parents didn't and it can often affect descendants. There are definitely both good and bad shadow people/beings they all live in the same space.

They can invade our thoughts and dreams if we let them, the power of thought, emotion, willpower, intent are very very powerful forces in this and other worlds, I think they see our aura's (combinations of all energy we put out into the universe) and can be also attracted to that. I could go into the physics and such...but its pretty much they exist in a world near us that some people can feel.

My general practice is to be cautious of them block yourself from them until they prove to you they mean you no harm or ill intent. And if they do, get rid of them.
