LK, thats an interesting statement. I am curious, could you direct me to where it states in the Bible that Satan cannot read any man or woman in human forms thoughts.
Do you know if the 7 deadly sins which are the demons that God hates the most... aren't they ALL part of Satan?

We all have tremendous capacity to control our thoughts and prayers, which is my point in the first place.

Can you tell me where in the bible it states Satan has the capacity for omnipresence or omniscience? That is what it would take for the devil and his minions to read minds. They observe, they tempt...nothing more.

As far as the Cardinal sins go and God hating anything, I personally live under the new covenant and know a loving, forgiving God of Grace and Mercy. We all fail to be worthy...God's gift to us, Jesus made us worthy through forgiveness.

I also read the end of the book. God wins...end of story.

So you don't know if it states that Satan does or doesn't have that capacity? I am not sure that he would have to be omnipresence or omniscience to read a human beings mind. I was just curious to know where that was stated.

I too believe God our creator is a loving God. I hate certain religions that portray him as anything else for scare and control tactics. I also believe that we all have a part of God in us. Its when we close that off that we get in trouble. We are approaching the end of the story. Unfortunately, there will be a lot of evil happening before "God wins". Thats why so many now are experiencing "contact" and influences with what they are interpreting as Demons.

I had a run in with a demon in the Triangular Field here in Gettysburg, which ended up with me in the emergency room with a gash on my leg, and during the encounter I could not see this demon with my eyes, but could visualize him in my mind...AND I could read what it was thinking. How is this possible that I could read it's mind?

I've had dreams where I am fighting the devil and I know that each one of these did actually take place on a spiritual level. So it is possible that your higher self and a demon are communicating on a higher level. Also when I feel an evil presence, just by saying the lord's prayer in my mind is enough to send it away. And there are other times I can feel an evil presence trying to make me mess the prayer up when I am simply saying it in my head. So yes, I think there is some kind of connection on another level that can happen.

Charlie, I have been what you would call attacked 4 times by a demon. Every time The Lords Prayer is what I used to defuse the attack. One time there were 15 people with me, and half went running away on the street and half stayed with me. After commanding the Demon to leave and starting The Lords Prayer out loud, they all joined me and with in seconds everyone felt the evil force leave.

I have also done spiritual battle with a major demon. We could hear the voices of the Demons that were there, as well as the souls they held captive, the Demons responded to us when we didn't speak words out loud. It was about 6 hours of time ... our time. Is that reading a humans mind or were we connecting only on a spiritual level? I dont know. The battle was won, however, I was, in my human form, totally drained, unable to make communication with any but my highest spirit guide and Master Teacher for about 4 weeks. They told me my soul had actually gone into battle, as in becoming a warrior with this group of white light spirit warriors against the Demon holding many souls captive, and I was re-cooperating. There is something about the spiritual side needing the input/help of the human side to do battle.

It's way too long to go into explanation about all that happened in the weeks leading up to this but it sure was an interesting and stressful time for our 4 Spiritualist people that were asked to do this, but its pretty fascinating.

The Bible does have stories about Spirit using the help of the human side to get something accomplished. Read about the walls of Jericho. The human troops marching around the walls to help Spirit bring them down.

Demons are masters of deception, deceit, and quite obviously great in knowledge of human psychology. They've been around for longer, and have seen us evolve through the ages. IMO, they cannot read minds, no matter what the level of demon, but they do know what we are thinking.

Their actions cause fear. Fear does one thing well, it brings even the greatest doubter towards God. They then will end up praying for their protection. If they look to be concentrating too much, they are trying to remember the most famous of prayers that they haven't used in a while. A matter of psychology there. If they don't cause fear in a person, then they can assume that the person knows what it is they need to do to be rid of them. Thus, they will then move to spoil those attempts.

The thing with any telepathy is that it is not simply "words" placed in one's minds, but concepts. You need to be open and expecting to receive these concepts. When they give you reason to believe they are there, you are very open and expecting. Thus, it is easy to instill these feelings and intuitions that you then translate as the "spoken word". It is quite amazing what the mind does.

Answer to OP: No, they cannot. But they know what we are going to do anyways. Humans are not that difficult to figure out.

I can tell you first hand demons can read your mind. I delt with a very very bad demon whom almost killed me. It was like a vibe in my brain, very sly voice and i could carry conversations with him in my mind.

Yes, but isn't that a case more of where something is getting into your mind rather than reading it? My personal opinion is that anything demonic certainly would have the ability to get inside your head and manipulate your thoughts...but I'm not sure about the ability to read minds.

I'm sorry you went through anything like that, and I hope things are better now.
