So the other night I was outside collecting my laundry from the line by myself when all of a sudden I look down and see this figure in white, and while this figure was walking I could hear the grass crunching very lightly under it's feet.

As I'm taking the laundry down from the line I get to the bed skirt and just as I move it aside to see the figure fully it disappears.

I looked around the yard, around my neighbor's truck and nobody was there.

When I seen it, I could see it clear as day the details of the clothing as it looked like it was wearing an all white sweat shirt with the hood over the head and white pants and shoes.

Now the other night, my roomate was outside doing her laundry and she heard some soft muddering so she went to turn around and right down the few steps from her was a man dressed in all white.

She described him as an elderly man that was bald and she said he said her name and something about being careful then she told me he walked down the stairs and disappeared.

I told her the way she described the elderly man she seen in all white was a perfect description of my old landlord that passed away a few summers ago. But he died in the nursing home. He was 95 years old and that man had more spunk in him then anything.

As to the figure in white I seen, I couldn't say who it was and the figure didn't say anything neither it just walked in a straight line and when I went to get a better look it just vanished.

Arn't ghosts in white the spirits of a deceased ancestor? Appearing at the house of a family member that is about to die? I dont know if thats true though. But what you said sounds interesting and i would of totally freaked out !

It doesn't appear just when you are going to die.They are here all around us.Just somebody can see them,or feel them or sense them in some kind of way.
And vzy4 interesting story really.This really might happen.So this was in your house?He couldn't go away anywhere?

No, it was outside too. I was up there collecting the new bedsheets I had just bought. And when I looked down I seen this tall figure dressed in all white walk in a straight line, and just as I push the sheet on the line to one side to get a better look it looked like the figure froze up and went to turn to look at me then vanished.

But when I described it wearing a white sweat shirt with the hood over it's head my roommate confirmed that her nephew always wore a white sweatshirt. And when I told her the figure was tall she said her nephew was tall. So it could be him. And I've never seen that figure dressed in all white before, and since she's moved in that's when I first seen it.

I can try to take a picture but I don't know if I would be able too considering I only seen it once that night, and didn't see anything for the rest of the night.

But the funny thing is, that night I seen the figure dressed in all white the sky was still kind of light and it was clear out and the moon was full. And right when I seen the figure the wind completely stopped, and when it vanished the wind picked up a little bit.


And I know I wasn't seeing things because I was fully awake.

yep, that would have been weird to say the least. maybe it will come back. do what you were doing again on the same night of the week and the same time. it might reappear!

Nah, I wasn't really afraid I was just more curious as to who it was. And when I pulled the sheet back to get a better look the figure vanished.

I don't remember what time it was but I'll try going out there again on my own at night to take the clothes down from the line and see if this figure reappears.
