Ring appeared on my finger during sleep???

Ok, i'll be honest...i'm not a huge believer, but thats maybe because i don't want to be....it's all a little freaky. But anyway, last night during my sleep, i woke to find my wedding ring half on my index finger on my right hand. (Fat fingers so would only go to the knuckle). I told my wife when i noticed it and she didn't believe me because she said some weeks back my youngest son had knocked it from its resting spot on the bed head onto the ground under the bed. Too hard to reach, it's where it stayed till i next go out and could be bothered climbing under the bed to retrieve it. We were so freaked i didn't go back to sleep. Now, before i woke to find it on my finger, i had a dream about an old house on our farm that has freaked me out since i was a kid. It was a weird dream, my pants were being pulled down as i rode away from this house at night on my motorbike??? Really strange. I guess that part of my experience should probably go in the dreams forum but it may be relevant to the ring??
If anybody has a theory or any input as to why this may have happened i would appreciate hearing it, thanks.

Sorry I wish I had the answers... maybe the ring was retrieved by a friendly spirit and he/she tried to put it back on your finger??? Or maybe your son found it while you were asleep and tried to put it back on your finger??? as for your dream??? Again I don't know... dreams are tricky to figure out... Maybe your wife really retrieved your wedding ring from under the bed while you were asleep, then slid it back onto your finger half way. And only told you that she didn't believe you, just to mess with you.

Ha ha cheers guys, look probably didn't even fall to the floor maybe it landed between mattress and headboard and i fumbled onto it during the night and put it on my finger! Lots of possibility's !!

I am not much on dream interpretation. But i have heard a few things from some older people i have known in my life.You know the stereotype witch person.... lol 'anyway" An old lady told me once that to dream of a ring on your right hand means you are going to have some type of interaction out of the ordinary with a good friend. I myself don't hold much stock in it but i remember that one.

If I remember correctly naked in public, is afraid of being found out about something... Maybe your subconsious mind got your ring in your sleep, and put it on your finger, because you felt bad without it, for the feeling in your dream, not wanting to get caught with your pants down...lol Who knows just a thought... it's all very interesting..."Interaction out of the ordinary with an old friend". I wonder what the interpretation is of that comment . It could mean a fling with an old flame or simply a drunken night with a past best mate! Hmmm. One other thing that both my wife and i have noticed since, is that i have had the worst luck since that night. Nothing real major, just lots of little things, smashed glasses, broke a linkage on my tractor, boomspray blew a hose, put a hole in my boat on the way home from fishing, crashed 2 model planes in 1 day (been over 12 months since i crashed 1) just to name a few all since that night???? Thanks for your input guys it's really interesting to hear what knowledge you have about weird occurrences/dreams you have. Thanks for your help.
