need some ideas?

Sponsor Messages
ok, so today i was taking a nap, and i was dreaming but the only thing i really remember is an 18 wheeler hitting a car on a hwy in my town. i seen the 18 wheeler hit the car and all of a sudden i feel a hand slap down on my knee and a voice that sounded like it was right beside me (the voice sounded like my best friends) said "i know them" as soon as the hand hit my knee. i jolted right up confused and as soon as i jolted up my box fan turned completely of. I have had a very bad week so i dont know if it was just part of that or something else.

Hopefully, yall can give me some ideas because i am totally confused

thank you,

RE: need some ideas?
First.. it may have been .. just a dream... On the chance that it isn't, make a journal of the time and the other things you remember from the dream .. any details.... signs... colors.. etc The slap on your knee could be your brain telling you to wake up from a bad dream. I hope it's not a premonition dream of someone your friend knows.

RE: need some ideas?
i know i hope not to. Thats what i am worried about because i have dreams and forget them, but a week or a year down the road something will happen and i will remember my dream. so i hope it was just a dream, but it was so real the hit on my knee and the talking i thought she was sitting right beside me so i hope it was just to wake me up from a bad dream and nothing more. I remember the color of the 18 wheeler is was red but i cant remember the make or color of the car, i hope i do though cause that could help out a lot.

Remember it is the time when the brain is in what I call "De-frag mode" processing information when we sleep. If you are having a bad week then it might be slipping into your dream as well. I journal as well if it wake from a disturbing dream it does help and it seems to put it in prospective. And stop having bad weeks... Positive thinking... Have a good weeks instead...

I would definitely keep a dream journal as your are doing and perhaps a separate journal for other activities... thereby organizing your events where you can more easily refer to them when or if needed
