Recent Movies Giving Clues??

Well your a mod and when a mod throws out the off topic sentence i go into defense mode because most of the time i say most because some people throw thing's in a thread that deserve and answer. I stay on topic. I hope there is no animosity between us in this rant. Your an idealistic young man and i really do hope this old world serves you well .But there's thing's going on the seem out of man's control and i did say if you look back .i hope not

Roland, I checked out that link you posted and this is what I gathered from it:

2 were post-apocalyptic, assuming from the aftermath of a nuclear war (Book of Eli, The Road)

3, possibly 4, were supernatural (Daybreakers, Survival of the Dead, Priest an maybe 7th Street, I don't know much about that movie)

1 was biblical (Legion)

1 was viral (The Crazies)

1 was invasion (Red Dawn)

Now, I'm not trying to be combative here, but I've been following the thread. That's a pretty wide array of end time scenarios. If the world was going to end, you would probably have about a 1 in 25 chance of getting at least one of those right, so I don't really think Hollywood would be a good indicator of things to come.

I'm sure they are not privy to information of a world changing event they could not keep a secret. So yes i agree they are not a realistic indicator of what would end civilization not necessarily life just organized life. Governmental rule in other word's
