That makes perfect sense, LK. And the negativity I felt, I know it isn't mine. I know I pick up other's emotions. I don't know why I didn't consider that I may have been picking up residual energy. I didn't mention this a few minutes ago, but last night as we were watching T.V., I saw that same small shadow in the hall next to the front door. Like Witchmom said, it was out of the corner of my eye and when I looked at it, it disappeared. I could focus on it for a split second then it's like it never was there. I hate that! Makes me feel like my mind is playing tricks on me. I tell it here because we are all 'nuts' here and I know y'all will help me get to the bottom of it, but I feel ridiculous thinking about mentioning it elsewhere. Shadows are harder for me to accept. I know our minds are capable of crazy stuff and since I can't keep them insight for long, I wonder if they are even real.
