The grieving process effects all of us differently with some people slipping from grieving to depression stage. This is where hallucinations are most likely to happen.

Now as far as people that claim alien abductions I don't study that field so I am unable to make a knowledgeable answer.

I thought we were talking about when someone sees a loved one "Then Gets the Call there Dead." On the same line how does some mothers know when there child is hurt and there at school or half way around the country? We cannot explain warnings or Omens or dissmiss everything/anything without keeping an open mind. If you close yourself off to even one possibilty because it does not go along with your personal beliefs then I am afraid youll miss alot more and maybe eventually close yourself off to the Truths.

First let me state I have never claimed to not believe paranormal exists, what I have found is most is explainable. (I did say most, not all) If I believed there was no answers left to find I wouldn't be on this site. I wouldn't study and look for these answers.

Now as far as a feeling something happen to a loved one, or a mother daughter bond, or the bond of two people who feel they are soulmates. I have always said their energies mix or in the case of a mother daughter, the daughter gets the energy from her mother as she carries her. So is these a bond yes. I don't see anywhere I said there wasn't? When people have been married many years and one dies, so many times the other will follow as part of them died on that day. This is where our energies merge over time.

When investigating paranormal don't rely on assumptions, base your decisions on evidence.

RE: Why do you see ghosts?
I know that "shadow people" have been tied to sleep deprivation as a symptom. I can attest to that... seeing as in college I used to see little black shadow creatures in my closet-- usually when I was up late doing homework and I'd been getting about 5-hours of sleep a night instead of my usual 8-ish. On nights when I had more sleep, the shadows wouldn't move.

Sounds like I'm screwed on all other counts, I'm constantly looking through "reflective surfaces"... unless it's in the dead of night. Though, I tend to rely on a collaboration of all senses rather than just one. You can trick one of your senses easily, but it's a lot more difficult to trick them all at the same time.
