Cell phone pic with blue ribbon

This was sent to me, non smoking house. anyways... I know that when you take photographs with digital cameras there can be exposure problems that show ribbons, usually orange or yellow. this is a blue ribbon, with a strange mist, but looks like it is from the plastic wrap of the Wii.

I am against cell phones, lol. i am still learning on how to debunk a cell pic, and of course we don't use cell phones to take pics on investigations..

what causes this ribbon? can you debunk this picture?

It looks like some type of strap or something that would have a loop. It might be a piece of the plastic that is by the blue boxes on the floor. A small piece could have floated up with the excitement of opening presents. Cannot tell for sure what it is.

First I hate cell phone cameras to figure out whats happening. Ok that said, the cell had no flash so it would of used the room light and this would kept the shutter open longer. The mist is cellophane, now on to the blue ribbon.

First look at the floor below this, there is a person standing there. Now with the slower shutter speed one possible explanation is they had a device with a light and moved it. Another cell phone? An emf meter? If it wasn't them then its possible it was a light and the camera moved t make the shape.

interesting. im not quite sure what the other person is doing. perhaps if she is holding a camera? it is christmas. And there is a video camera in the back, so maybe that person is taking pictures. so if they both took pictures at the same time, that would slow the shutter speed of the cell phone pic and then create the ribbon?
