My shadow guy seems different
Sponsor Messages Several people who have stayed with me told me that they've woken up during the night to see the shadow man standing by my bed. The thing that makes it different is that all my friends report a very calm, comfortable feeling. I have a Japanese paper crane, an origami figure, and my boyfriend told me that he woke up to see the shadow man playing with my crane. Everyone else reports angry or mean shadow men- why would mine be nice? And do you think it's the same one every time? I feel as though this one has followed me my whole life. |

RE: My shadow guy seems different
Well, no one's really sure what shadow creatures or shadow people actually are. There are many thoughts of them being negative, and it is my opinion they are manifestations of energy that some people see more often than others.
What you describe almost sounds like someone watching out for you...a loved one who has passed away maybe? It may appear as a shadow, but it might just be a spirit of someone who cares about you and is watching over you. Now I will say that shadows that are seen out of the corner of the eye and disappear when you focus on them...is more likely an optical issue. There could have been an undetected draft blowing the origami bird and your boyfriend may have seen a shadow from something else entirely, and it appeared it was playing with the bird. (just a few natural explanations to offer for your consideration) However, it is also my personal opinion that spirits of loved ones never leave us...and some people seem to have the gift to see them more clearly. I know what I have seen and felt from my grandparents who have passed away...and it's my belief that it's not wishful thinking. "When you feel like a toad on the highway of life... and everyone seems like a steel-belted radial... when you're lyin' there squished in an assortment of bodily fluids... at least you left your mark." ~Arnie Dogan, "The Red Green Show" |
