I have recently moved into my new apartment and have found that everynight at around 11 oclock stuff starts happening inside my house, things that cannot be explained like the fridge door opening and I come down stairs to find specific items from my fridge on the floor, I know this is a very personal comment but I have also been touched in a sexual way while I have been in the shower, I do not want to go deeply into what I have felt and I do not want to share this with my friends so can you guys please help me I'm confused as what to do?

Honestly, I don't know what would cause the food to fall out of the refrigerator like that...I can sympathize with you being spooked out by it for sure. I've felt touches before, but not what you're describing...although I've read about many people experiencing that as well.

As far as an incubus or a succubus...they are said to be negative or demonic spirits that attack people sexually. I don't know if you've ever read the book "The Entity" or seen the movie, but it is a supposedly true account of this type of haunting that got out of hand. While that particular instance has come under a lot of skepticism, there are a lot of people who talk about the same kind of touches.

I don't know what to tell you to help, except I will be keeping good thoughts for you...and to definitely start documenting everything that happens. When you document the experiences, always document everything else that is going on as well...every day events, any causes of stress, etc. See what patterns emerge.

Have you thought of setting up a camera in the kitchen to film the refrigerator? With knowing the approximate time of the activity you could start taping a hour before. You might have to film a couple of different nights to catch anything. It would be interesting to see it happen.

Great suggestion Ali! You should try that, Walrus...see if you can catch anything on video as it happens.

Is your apt in a house or multiple unit building? Is it a new bldg? A bit more background would be helpful.

As far as being touched, it may be an entity from your past or a past life that is with you. Did the experience frighten you or were you ok with it? Did it feel threatening to you? You should know in your soul, (gut reaction) if the spirit doing that was a soul mate of yours or not, although it can be a bit scary the first time you have an experience like that. If you want to be rid of the experience try saying The Lords Prayer when you feel the presence and also ask it to leave your house. If it happens again and you would like to know more, feel free to post more for additional information.

Wow that is the first time in hearing about something like that, meaning the shower bit an all. And as for the fridge part it might be because what ever is on the door is too heavy or the fridge is just getting old an isn't staying shut like it is suppose to. I know sometimes my fridge will not close all the way sometimes an it will crack open a bit an sometimes things will fall from inside the door.

But I agree with the others, try to see if you can catch what ever it is or what ever.

Ali that is a great suggestion and where it's happening around the same time it would be easy to get anything on tape. Of course, I don't believe that just because something might be there it's a guarantee that you'll be able to catch it on tape. Even if you don't record anything that doesn't mean there's nothing there. But, I'd definitely try that. If nothing else, I'd be sitting somewhere out of sight but with a full view of the kitchen at the time every night.

Me and the kids lived in a house when they were growing up where we had an occurence at the same time every night. Well sort of...not the same time according to the clock, but the same time according to my nightly pattern.

I would tuck the kids in to bed, go downstairs for awhile and then go to bed when I got tired. It didn't matter what time it was...could be 11 o'clock or 3 am. Once I would go up to my room on the third floor and snuggle into bed though...the bathroom door on the second floor would close halfway. (Yes, BTW the house was HUGE). Also, the light in the bathroom would always be on in the morning. I even tried taping down the switch. The same thing would happen even if the kids were at grandma's for the weekend. The bathroom door was at the bottom of the stairs to my room, so I could hear it very clearly. Every night when I got into bed for several years this happend.

I finally asked the landlord who had himself grown up in the house if the foundation might need checked. When I explained why, he said that's funny...his mother had always left the bathroom door open halfway at night with the light on for the kids in the 2nd floor bedrooms. She had died in the house.

So I believe you. I agree though...get a video recorder and see what you can catch. I'd love to see what happens!
