Deciphering Pictures
Sponsor Messages http://www.ghostresearch.org/ghostpics/ I particularly like the false area as I'm not an avid believer in orbs and their evidence for ghostly activity. I also find the newest picture on the left hand side to be very creepy if it is indeed a bonafide real. However, one must even look at these supposed true pictures. Several of them are contradictory to the evidence of falsified pictures given on the right hand side of the page. |

RE: Deciphering Pictures
This looks like a really good site...I was looking at their examples of mistakes...and I had seen some of the outright frauds before. They are good examples to refer to when looking at a picture that raises a question.
I agree...some of the ones that aren't really explainable are VERY creepy. EDIT TO ADD: Looking at some of the others, I found a few that were odd...but I also saw ones that were pareidolia or a strange reflection. I have become so skeptical of paranormal being captured in photography. At the same time, I'm open to learning more about it. "When you feel like a toad on the highway of life... and everyone seems like a steel-belted radial... when you're lyin' there squished in an assortment of bodily fluids... at least you left your mark." ~Arnie Dogan, "The Red Green Show" |

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within. ~Elisabeth Kübler-Ross |

# 15 - It's amazing how well we can "Photoshop" an image.

RE: Deciphering Pictures
#28 looks like a Manaquin with a Halloween mask, after I blew the pic up...
I'll look at the others later... Thanks for posting the link CFR
