Occupation, not yet a demonic possession- questions

heres another question.. ok, she took a weekend away, and has been feeling great. First time in a long time that she is feeling positive. should she stay OUT of the house until i get her the professional? Could that possibly keep her from getting possessed?

Rainey, I listened to one of the EVPs posted at this site, and I listened to a lot of garbage for a while, then suddenly I heard quite clearly the single word "occupation." No kidding. Can you tell me the difference between an occupation and possession? I've never heard of this before. jeff

It was told to me that an occupation is the state before possession. Which EVP was it? the one i posted up?? Im curious because the EVP i posted is the high pitch one that is very fast, we had a lot of problems understanding that one.

Its listed under the EVP thread. its the only one i posted, its titled" what words do you make out of this EVP" . It was very hard to understand compared to our usual EVPs, so i posted it to see what others heard. We have had a "100% positive" response from our client that it is a child saying " ABC's " however, some of our members (including me) are still questioning.

You have to consider what harm can come to you or what you may be taking with you. There is a lot of evil in the world, and as others have said, demons are a rare case. Thats why i dont go ghost hunting, as you never know what might attatch itself to you. I let them come to me. Just be careful, you are getting emotionally involved here, this opens you up to all sorts of things. Even a bad negative energy is nothing to sneeze at.

Definitely. We have not came back to the house, we have found a professional non-profit group that specializes in demonic, negative, hostile hauntings and will be helping them. Its christian based and everything is working well with this case. (and i found it on my own- not from moon or zaffis ) We know that it would be very unsafe for our members to go back to the house, we do not do anything that would allow us to be attached, and very aware of how easily that can happen. Ive been checking with my members, everyone has been fine for weeks. I dont think its demonic really, i do believe that it is a negative energy attachment. but thats just my theory. Because there could be danger with our members, that is why i am referring the case to someone that helps ppl with these type of hauntings for 30 years now.

As best as I can recall, there were three consecutive posts, each having just 1 EVP. I have not been able to find which EVP I listened to. Give me a while, and contact me. I will add you to my "Best Friends" book (or whatever it is called).
I'd like to listen to each one again. I can't accept the idea that the word "occupation" is just a coincidence.

I recall seeing 3 EVPs together in a group. I just skipped around the first one, and I think MAYBE it was the 2nd one where I heard no children, or any fast talking, and the voice I heard was adult, and I could hear the word "occupation" clearly, and only one time. If I can hear that, I'd like to listen to all the EVPs until I find the one I've been looking for.
Before I ever knew anything about demonic occupation, I had never associated one word with the other. I'll keep in touch with you.

That is so strange, those evps you are talking about, i believe are the ones i slowed down to try to make out the words. i will check it out. Let me know which one if you find it. I never knew what a demon occupation was either. even though the client was positive about it being a child saying "ABC's" i still dont believe that. some of our members are also still trying to settle on what it is on that EVP. we usually come into agreement very easy, that is the only one that we have actually manipulated to try to make it out. the original is on that thread too.

I've been gone from this site for quite some time now, I hope that you get this. I've listened to 10 or less EVPs. During that time, I've discovered that I not only hear the words, I also have a visual impression. Things like what kind of room they were in, the sound of other background noises and such. I sometimes discover that there is often more than one person speaking. Since I'm listening to a recording made by someone else, I make no attempt to respond to those voices speaking.

I listened to some other EVP posted at this site, and I could only hear one word. That word was 'gently.' Makes me wonder what they are/were doing.
