Is this two ghost children?

It could of been of been faked to easily for me to believe. Also they could of researched the area and made children stand there so it looked believable. There is only there words that no body else was there and nothing was added to it.

i think the picture is fake,the image of the two kids is repeted

My opinion would be that it is of just two children playing in the background. Although the photographer says that the children weren't there when he took the picture, I'm certain he cannot be 100% sure (I've been in that situation, reviewing evidence at a different time/machine and suddenly you click and remember there was something you first forgot).

Not influentially a fake, but probably not paranormal.

Even without the exif (image propertie's) You can tell it is fake.
1) they are totally different light/shade than the rest of the photo. (just does not look right)
2) they are too clear and full bodied, not transparent/ish like A ghost is.

I believe ghost's/spirit's are real but sadly a huge majority of photographic/video evidence is fake.
There may be real photo's/video's out there but, that photo is not one of them.

I totally agree, I looked at the pic before reading UNR's comment and had already decided I think they're faked.
