Check for the possibility that there are "fear cage" areas in and around the home before assuming you've got a ghost/spirit. Check for pipe noise, house settling noises, etc, also before assuming you've got a ghost/spirit entity of some sort.

If you're not experiencing fear cage areas, try smudging the home, asking your higher power to cleanse the home of negativity - then keep an eye on things...
