I find letting the eyes blur while looking at the aura can help accentuate it more, if that makes sense.

For me it's kind of like looking at those 3D art pictures from the early 90's. At first there's nothing to look at, and it just looks like colourful shapes and designs, but then after staring for awhile and letting the eyes blur all of a sudden a 3D image pops out as clear as day that wasn't visible a few seconds before.

Now I can turn it on and off easily. But for a long time I didn't have much control over it.
What exercises do you use?

I would love to see people's auras i have always heard of it but I don't have that ability. I think it's cool to see it a little bit... I wouldn't mind if i can learn how to do that.

Hi everyone,
Since I was a little girl I could see them, especially on people who where mad. One time on my sister, she is 11 years older than me. I wasn't very old. She was really mad at my mom, and she is a red head. Seems she gets madder than most. Please don't take that wrong if you are red headed. That may be not right, just seems so. But there was the biggest glowing red thing all around her head like flames of a lions main.
And then if someone is sitting against a white wall, and I look not at there face, but kinda above it. I see rainbows around some people. I know that sounds weird. If you try to hard, it doesn't work. It had so come natuarally, and I can't be upset either... Melanie

I do the eye blur thing while focusing. If I use a black or white background I can do it better

Yes thats what I noticed it shows up better with a white background or wall,now I haven't tried black. there just aren't many black walls, you can catch people on...lol

Well that explains why I can't see it... if I try to even look at somebody i start reading automatically I have a hard time controlling that. If I look straight into their eyes, well, heck I see their life pass by in my head... I know their secrets and all... so I try not to look at people that much because of not being able to control it. So there goes that idea lol

I can see a white barrier, outlining all living things, i recently discovered how to see your own aura, mine is white which means- Reflects other energy. A pure state of light. Often represents a new, not yet designated energy in the aura. Spiritual, etheric and non-physical qualities, transcendent, higher dimensions. Purity and truth; angelic qualities,White sparkles or flashes of white light: angels are nearby. I also got Lavender- Imagination, visionary, daydreamer, etheric.
