It is said that the herb "MUGSWORT" may aid the ability to astral travel if placed under your pillow,sounds bizzare,but i know a few ppl whom swear by this.Herbs are known for their varying properties,but wasnt aware untill a few months ago about using them for spiritual dreaming/travelling..

Have you heard this/used this herb/your thoughts ?

Yes, mugwort is actually sold in witchcraft shops or shops that specialize in the occult. You can also buy it online if you don't have any shops like that in your area. I've used mugwort before (I made a tea with it) my dreams are very lucid anyway... that just put me right over the edge. I practically flew away the moment I closed my eyes. It could just be a placebo effect though. Who knows?

As with all things, it can have its benefits...but it also has side effects and possible harmful interactions. This page has some good info on it that you might want to consider.

I can not stress enough the importance of researching all herbs you are wanting to use for anything. Even if you are just placing the herb under your pillow or burning as an incense. You never know if you will have a reaction.

Now on to mugwort....If you burn it, it stinks! But I use it alot before I do meditations and vision work
