RE: Astral Travel Herb Theory
The body does interesting things under the effect of bacteria, viruses, and toxins. Since Mugswort contains the toxin thujone, the perceived psychedelic effect is due to the fact that the body is fighting to defeat it.
For example, if you go to sleep with a fever, your dreams become quite wild. If your body is stressed, or working itself when you sleep, it releases more chemicals in your brain. The cornucopia of chemicals react and bring up the crazy lucid dreaming. Same thing with alcohol. If you are going to try mugswort, go ahead. However, ask any doctor or health person, and they will tell you that prolonged use of mugswort can have negative effects. It is toxic after all.

RE: Astral Travel Herb Theory
In a long ago post I bought a CD set that was quite expensive with binaural beats. I lost the main cd. Where should I look on you tube.and all that. Would like to try again, but cheaper is better. How do you know how much to put into tea. And it says it grows wild everywhere. so it should be easy to find. I would be interested in the tea or herbs to burn like incense. Or to smoke.
