If you are able to astral travel,put yourself to the test with someone you trust.

ask them to place an item on a specific area of their home,eg a book on a dressing table

This way....if astral travel has been successfull and is an Authentic ability,you should be able to confirm to this person....What book they left out for you !!!

I cannot recall the details now, but years ago I read about a major University that was offering to pay a large cash reward to anyone who could do what you described in a laboratory environment. The offer had been available for years but no one had managed to claim it.

I was going to do that with my husband the next time i astral travelled, I was going to read something he was going to write down in the lounge. Before i had chance to astral travel again though I had a terryfying dream that same night after i'd self induced. I dreamt an old woman was sitting on my bed, she had a croched white shawl over her head. She then turned her head and came close to mine and she said, 'I can't wait for tomorrow night.'
I'm sorry but that really freaked me out and i couldn't possibly self induce astral travel after that. I was quite pissed off as i really did want to do it again, especially to prove to my husband who did believe me but wanted proof, but I felt totally unable to after that dream and he agreed that maybe it was some kind of warning. I'm glad now that i didn't do it, i wasn't half playing with fire in those few days that led up to my attack.

I forgot to mention, i have read that people have proved astral travel in laboratory conditions where the person has induced and then told the scientist what was placed on top of a high cabinet. This has been proved as the person doing the astral travel had never been in the room before and couldn't possibly know what had been placed on top of the high cabinet.
