Dreams are cause by good or evil spirits. The good dreams are cause by good spirits, and nightmares are cause by evil spirits who are not so kind to children. This my sound strange,I had nightmares whenever I didn't fall aleep facing a light. I fell asleep not facing a light and had this nightmare where I was in a room looking out a window. The sky was red with blood, and then I then turn to look inside the room and looked into the darkness. Fear came over me, I wroked. Today I understand why I was having these dreams when not facing a light. You see light means truth from God. Darkness means false ideas from hell or in a church. When I looked into the dark room, I was looking into the eyes of satan.Satan means false ideas about God.

I don't remember my dreams as well as I used to, but I can tell you a little about "flying" in one's dreams. In some of my dreams I step out into the air from atop a building. It is more like "walking on an invisible stairway," but one must have faith in a higher power before stepping off the top of a building.

I can only recall one dream where I was flying. I wasn't in complete control of this dream. I was flying in a straight line, just above tree tops and buildings. I kept going faster and faster and faster until nearly everything was a blur.

At some point I stopped. It was like I was in the past, and areas I knew well once had changed somehow and not for the better. It was the kind of dream you would be doing your best to wake up.

What does flying symbolize for you?

To me flying represents freedom, but there can be many different meanings depending upon the person

I do believe that myself. In some of my dreams, My Nanny, that has passed, comes and talks to me, or I relive a moment I've had with her as a child.
