Hello. Yesterday a was shooting at night over my widow and on each picutre are little circles. On some pics is fog on it. I really dont now what is this bu i think its something paranormal. =)

The pictures aren't paranormal, your camera the olympus FE30 has the flash close to the lens which will produce orbs, either from dust or moisture. Now we know its cold so the fog you get in your picture is also from the moisture and cold air.

Has there ever been a picture with an orb that doesn't have an explaination? Meaning it isn't moisture or dust and might actually be something paranormal?

If you can see the orb before you took the picture and if you didn't use a flash then it would be an energy orb, now these are made up of energy and usually found near areas with activity such as a volcano so is it paranormal? Well its possible. Scientists have also created energy orbs in laboratories so they have an understanding of what produces them. Now if your an an area with nothing special going on like mining or swamps, or a volcano and one appears before your eyes it may be paranormal.
