DONT TRY BURNING THE BOARD

ok guys a bit of advice here and a true story that happened to me and some school friends
we were all around 13 at the time and were in the last week of term lazy week as we called it as most lessons we just chill outs
one day we were chatting and someone mentioned doind a ouiji board for some fun we all agreed to try it out and getting some cardboard made a board and started to "play" with it.
it moved a bit gave silly answers to out questions but nothing speical and we soon got board with it.
taking the cardboard we tore it into 5 peices i put it into my bag and said i would burn it later which i did on a small bonfire.
it was summer break so we were off school for 6 weeks and i did not see the friends much but on the day i was returning to school i started to pack my bag and found a peice of the cardboard we had used, thinking i must have missed one peice i threw it under my bed and went to school.
when i got there my friends were waiting for me at the gates and they all started to ask me where i had got rid of the board.
i told them i had burnt 4 peices on a bonfire but had missed one that was at home. then they all took a peice of card out of there bags and gave them to me.
it was the board!! there was no way any of them could have had the peices but they all said that they had found them that morning in there bags and accused me of putting them there before we had left school before summer break.
i lost 4 great friends that day and gained 4 enemys i was called a lier and treated like dirt for the next 3 years while i was at school by the 4 guys and never did explain how a board i personaly burnt found its self in our bags.

so dont try to burn your boards it never works!!

That does sound like a creepy experience, Taz....I do wonder if someone wasn't messing with you....that would be so cruel, but I know people can be that way.

However, I have read a lot about people having similar experiences when they tried to burn one...and I can certainly see why it is a chance you would not want to take. Thank you for sharing this, Taz...and I am sorry you were treated that way.

thanks scarygirl but noone could have been messing with me like i said i burnt the thing personaly and i had drawn it so when i was given the 4 peices i knew it was my hand writing

That is weird....I have to say though that it is your friend's loss....you seem like a very cool person, and I am sorry they weren't willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it's things like this that show us who are friends really are.

That's weird & creepy at the same time. But that's kind of dumb how they just stopped being friends with you over a piece of board in there backpack. But I'm sorry you had to go through so much stuff for 3 years.

From the occult point of view, fire is purifying for all kind of magically charged items, nothing can escape it, and it's the basic procedure when destroying magical objects, such as the board. Therefore, I can simple say that someone is messing with you .

I burn mine and have been getting rid of those that gave me problems over the years with nothing negative resulting from how I disposed of them.
