There are many Legends of Bloody Mary, like the one mentioned about Mary Tudor, I have also heard that the Mary legend was about
a girl killed in a car accident, I've heard a Mary Legend about a girl who commited suicide, I even heard the Mary Legend of girl who killed her family and was commited to an asylum, where she hung herself.

Every Legend has a different story, who knows what the truth is.
Just like the "Cry Baby Bridge" legend, it has many tales.

I have heard a lot of people say it's true and then some that say they have done it and nothing has happened. I know it's not much help to ya but figured i'll tell you that.

There are so many different stories about bloody mary that it's rediculous. Some stories say you have to say her name three times, five times, thirteen times, one hundred times, and what she'll do can be very different. Some stories say she'll just scare you and that's it, some say she'll haunt you for a varied amount of time or forever, some say she'll stab you to death, others say she has claws and will slash you to pieces, others say she'll eat you alive.

Even the ways of conjuring her can be different. Some stories say you don't even need a mirror or say her name out loud. For instance...

To be honest, I have never tried any Bloody Mary ritual, but I have heard things about it. I have read many blogs/posts/stories that when the ritual is complete, the mirror has rattled, blood drained from the mirror, ect.

My friend tried it, and came out with terrible claw marks on the back of her arms and legs, and she was bleeding. There was medical supplies in our bathroom at the time, and they were all cluttered in the sink.

She could have used them, but she was definately not the kind of person to go to those lengths just to make a story believable. People will do mentally ill things to theirselves, though.

Strange story.
