The Shadow Creature on the Stairs

Have you ever seen something that nobody would believe? Well I have. It all started when I was watching T.V. I was getting a little bored watching the commercials, so I let my eyes wander around at the staircase that was next to the room that I was in.

What I saw frightened me so much that I looked away quickly. The object that I saw looked like a shadow, but it didn't look like an ordinary shadow. The shadow was darker than an ordinary shadow. The shadow wasn't from a person because there wasn't anybody it could of come from.

The shadow looked just like a shadow that a normal person would cast. It was just a solid figure hovering over the lower steps. The weird thing about it, though, is that it just walked up the stairs until it disappeared. From this day on I still think of this story , very frightening.

Well, as I have talked about before, shadow creatures are definitely real. Mine still appears now and then seemingly caught in the same cycle of movement--from the platform at my stairs into the kitchen. I've never even seen it going from the kitchen back to the stairway!

I have read stories of malicious, frightening shadow creatures. But, I've had them in several of the places that I've lived and they've never bothered any of us. And, I've never gotten a bad feeling from them.

When I first started noticing them my youngest son was five and even though he saw them as much as I did he was not once frightened by them. I have seen them with the shape of a human, the shape of a dog or cat and I've seen some small ones run across the wall that made me start to reach for a fly swatter or a shoe!

Hey Haunted!
I believe that is called a residual haunting. It's sort of like a tape recording. Something imprinted on your surroundings. Apparently it isn't something that's going to hurt anyone...because I've been to your place and seen it! LOL

Don't be afraid. Unless it has actively tried to mess with you...you've got nothing to worry about. Read the post to Haunted.
Me and me Mate deal with this sort of stuff all the time. There are shadow creatures that are not residual hauntings, but they don't generally mess with people either. So it's all good dude.

Ive heard of things like this. It goes something like this: people who did stuff at a cetain time of day for a long period seem to give off a type of energy, and because the house has a electromagnetic field the energy seems to be released over time after it builds up, thus having an aparition.

If that's true then when I die and someone moves into my home, they are probably going to see my shadow on the couch playing video games a lot lol :lol: But on a serious note, it does make sense since a shadow almost looks like a stain of a person which could indicate a stain in time, if that makes sense!
