Very cool picture! Of course, I'm always a little skeptical since so many "ghost pictures" turn out to be PhotoShop or some other program. But, that don't mean that they're all fakes, I do believe that some are real authentic pictures. The guy in this one don't look very friendly to me. It would be interesting to know more about the area and the building this was taken in, it could give a lot of clues to his identity.

I must admit its not friendly indeed. The guy from the pic looks like the creature from Jeepers creepers movie. Well, I am a Filipina and we really have many eerie ghost sightings here since we also have strong superstitious beliefs.
