This picture has stumped everyone

I am not trying to scare or intimidate you and do not call myself a psychic, actually only one family member knows I am sensitive and not driven for attention, thus why I speak to individuals online that I'm not acquainted with. The "face" I believe is actually a skull, with "sunken" features rather than protruding, also it appears as if it is actually holding its arm over its face creating what appears to be two opens in the hood that is actually one large opening. I personally believe, if indeed a specter, to signify someones passing, frankly you possibly captured death in the midst of retrieving a lost soul.
