I believe too. The figure you described is similar to what we have seen. I have only seen it once and my daughter twice. It was not against a wall, but freestanding. How exciting to be able to watch it leave the house.

Were you able to see definition of a body (legs, arms, etc.)? Did you see a face? What was you initial feeling? Sorry to ask so many questions, but these things fascinate me.

OMG how do you feel now? are you frightened or just still in awe? I know when i've had paranormal experiences i cannot do nothing for days afterwards - just on another planet thinking about it all the time.

I kind of want to see something, but as many say, be careful what you wish for. Do you think this was residual Pitch? Did you feel threatened by it in any way?

I know the different between residual and an intelligent haunting but I do not know what this was. It happened too quickly and is the first time I have it this clearly. I am still doubting myself, trying to reason what else it could be or create this affect. I did not feel threatened at the time but mad because I thought someone was in my house.

Do you know much about the history of your home, Pitch?

This house was built in the sixties and the only thing unusual is we bought it from Kenneth Ezzel who was and still is a mortician for the Johnson Funeral Home here in town.

It had the shaped of a person; I think more closely resembling a male because of height and contours. I did not make out arms, legs, or a face; it was a mass in outline only with a translucent filled, just like a shadow. It glided or floated was my impression of movement, smooth with no bounce as a creature walking.
I was initially startled because I was not expecting to see anything but as I said I became angry thinking that someone had again broken into the house and I went looking them. I thought by turning on the light that I would frighten the intruder and that he would hurriedly leave before taking anything. It was later that I figure out that what I saw was not normal.

No idea on that. How would I know? The episode took a few seconds, too fast but to just stare at it.

It's getting dark now, I usually go to bed around 8 or 9, I know very early, but I am up early too, but anyway, I am beginning to feel butterflies when I think about tonight and what might happen. I know I will be looking for it. But then maybe Autrey will shut the door when he comes to bed.

I liked what I heard one person say..it always stuck with me..."ghosts were people too!" If you truly do not want it there, I would say to it, very strongly, that the place belongs to you and Autrey now, and it isn't welcome...and if it doesn't bother you for it to be there...I would continue to pray for protection and wisdom as to how to co-exist.

I hadn't thought about that...it is something to consider. You said you have always seen these things in a flash, and then they were gone...last night you happened to catch it at the right time. Maybe he has always been with you...but I don't think that would be a negative thing at all.

I would pray about it Pitch....pray for maybe some answer that would help you understand.

Prayer is a given with me. You know what is odd, is I rarely dreamed of him and often find myself wishing I did. It would be like a visit. I dream of my parents often especially my mother. Mother seems to be in most my dreams. Most of time just hanging in the background but the other night she came close to me and spoke, but I cannot remember what she was saying.
