The GIS website has been derilict for about a year, it's totally messed up, hardly anything works on there and bandwidth is pitiful. As there is no way of contacting them anymore, and all the copyright info is unclickable now, the best I can do is say that this EVP is copyright of Brendan Cook and Barbara McBeath. I have uploaded it to a site with some bandwidth as it's 19mb and would take all morning to get it from their site. The file is not on this server, only a link.

That out of the way, this is the best, and worst EVP I have ever heard. It turns my blood cold listening to it.

Here is a guess at what you are hearing.

(Kid) Help me, can't breathe
(Deep mans voice) Murder
(kid) I can't breathe
(very low mans voice) I couldn't breathe
(Kids voice continues, not sure what is being said)
(woman's voice) I couldn't breathe
(just after this you will hear water thrashing around for about 15-20 seconds followed by a big thud And then silence again.

There has been no water supply to the property for nearly 20 years. The property was empty apart from the 5 adults that make up the GIS.

P.S. if anyone has any info on the GIS, please let me know if they're still alive.

I have a couple of questions about this EVP, please. All that is being spoken is the spirits speaking, not the investigators?? Do you know the location this was gotten at?

I just started to listen to this, and boy, if these are the spirits speaking, there is a whole lot being said, by what appears to be roughly 4 people.

In the first 5 seconds of this recording this is what I heard, minus the loudest voice that sounds like a young boy or a female.

keep lookin'> male
my wrist is broken> young boy
Mr. English > young boy
he catched me > young boy
he let her hang with her > young boy

I am going to go back and re-listen to this, it is being spoken in layers, one over the top of the other at times, or sometimes they are utilizing each others voices to speak themsleves.

I deciphered a recording like this a couple of years ago, it was gotten at an abandoned hotel in upstate New York, the investigators from CNYGH just set down a recorder on a staircase and walked away from it. Later upon review, no one could believe all that was being said, it was a constant stream of talking, again it was spoken in layers. It was a 10 minute clip that I deciphered, but it took a total of 16 hours for me to decipher it completely. This sure kind of sounds like the same sort of EVP.
Thanks for the opportunity to hear this!

In the past I have been used as a consultant for various paranormal websites, my area of interest is EVP. They will send me their hard to hear or understand EVP's. The last biggie I did was for Central New York Ghost Hunters, requested by the founder, Stacey Jones. That EVP was gotten in an abandoned hotel in upstate New York. It was featured as "The Most Horrific EVP", featured on CNYGH website, and Youtube, and the full transcription on About.com's paranormal section. That EVP is similar to this one, where they are talking non-stop, and in 'layers'.

Well, here is what I got off that EVP clip 'Drowning"

M is for male
F is for female
C is for child

keep looki' M
my wrist is broken C
Mr. English C
he catched me C
he let her hang with her C
I forget his name F
ask Springston F
he was drinkin' F
down there M
He broke you M Deep voice
he chased 'em F
don't tie me miss C
can we go now? F
he stole my wine F
it happened here M deep voice
can you hear the people cryin'? M deep voice
uh hmm F
oh feed us M crying
we're hungry M
what did you fall in? M
Paw feared me M older sounding
there was a mexican M older sounding
ummmm M,F??
she was at the dance hall M
I can be brave F
their my brothers!! M
turn I need to close it M
don't look around M
why dontcha pray on it? M
we'll be catching no food M Deep voice
Tommy wants the corn M young
food that he's brought her M Deep voice
it's stuff M young
that's the crew from Karen (?) M
That was his girlfriend M deep voice
so long, Vivan! M deep voice
yes you knew of the abortion M deep
Johns said here's the head coming F
you wanted a dead thing F
it's a small thing M
well, should we bury her? M
after hit us M
sit down Tony M
last drinking M young
I'm shakin' M young
where'd ya learn that? F
he broke you M deep voice
lets have some beer M young
dancing with Louise M
Captain, your busy M deep voive
their my brothers M raspy voice
turn off F
-------------------------------------------------
That's what I got from this EVP clip. I'd like to hear what others think about it. Some will scoff at it, I am sure, but I am used to it! All I know is what I hear, and write it down, period.

Thanks!
Spider

RE: Horrendous EVP
This so-called EVP is why people are becoming non-believers so quickly. It's people who are very much alive on this recording. It's taken at blind faith with no other proof of what happened.

Beware of dropping bombs. Protect yourself and those you hold dear.

I have been at this far to long not to be able to figure out what I am hearing. blind faith is better than no faith.
