I love Walter too, Jadewik. And what about Achmed the Dead Terrorist? "SILENCE................i will kill you!" RE: possession/animation
My mom bought me this doll from a local gift store that was "MORE THAN HAPPY" to sell her the doll. She said it was almost like they couldn't sell it to her fast enough. I remember her later after my experiences referring back to this like she was trying to justify to my skeptic father that I was telling the truth. From my best recollection, this doll was three feet tall, blackish-brown curly hair, wearing a blue/white flowered dress. My cousin and I had a "fake" seance with the doll where we pretended that she was my cousin's older sister (also my cousin) that had died (but she was still living) and we tried to communicate with the dead. All of a sudden the candle flickered and my cousin saw the doll sitting on the steps. We both ran screaming upstairs...but left all of the evidence of our mischief downstairs. Mom found it all...and I got in big trouble. I was about 8/9 years old and didn't know any better. After that or maybe it was before, I'm not sure, but I started seeing this doll everywhere even though she was stored in the attic. The last time I saw her was on my bed laughing at me as I was changing my pajamas. I turned to the window to see a silloute of Jesus....in the "shadows of the curtain"...I know it was him...because this past summer he reminded of this moment that I had long forgotten during a prayer. Anyway...yes...dolls can be possessed. Why? Beats me. Scary? H---- YES! http://www.myspace.com/addictionmatters ![]() "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Ephesians 6:11 |

RE: possession/animation
Man, that sounds sooooo creepy Warrior. I've never had an experience like that. I don't know why a doll would be possessed, but let me tell you, there were a couple of dolls I had as a child that I didn't want to look at once the lights were out. There's something about those perpetual staring eyes.
But your experience was altogether different. Was it like a one-of-a-kind doll? Or was it one like a lot of people had? Because if it was one of a kind, I would have to wonder where it came from. Thank you for sharing that, because I honestly didn't think it could happen. RE: possession/animation
LOL I say juju to refer as luck it sounds funny. But speaking of items being possessed what about haunted items, I know that John Zaffis, a demonologist, has a collection of these haunted items on his website:
