i love the word ginormous too! i have this tendency to make up words but actually according to dictionary.com it really is a word!

Brit, thanks for sharing... i too like the word ginormous, my almost 6yr old uses it quite often, everythings ginormous. I guess he's picked it up from me...

My daughter makes uses nutty words, too, as you can tell by her name (*rawr*). I like it. I thought of the movie Elf when I read "ginormous"; the part where he looks over the bathroom stall and says "Do you see these toilets? They're ginormous!" LMAO!
Anyway, back to the gist of the thread... Shadow people. I wonder if you have 2 or if the same one is shapeshifting. The way you described it coming out of your Mom's room, that freaked me out. I am glad you don't feel threatened by it. You should talk to my son (his name is Morrison1219 in the forum). He dealt with a shadow figure named Larry for a long time.

i had no idea so many people used the word! if anyone else says flustered, life will be great. i don't feel so out there. all my life people have just referred to everything weird i say as a "britism".
well the second one I saw Im pretty sure was alot like the one my mom saw, but i could be wrong. can they change sizes? because it was quite a different size both times. if it wants to come back out and show itself to me, it should manifest into the smaller one ahah i would like it to be more my size then 5 times my size.
