Dr. Jan Rynveld Carew generally gets the credit for that one, but I have also seen it referenced as "unknown". Great quote!

I like the idea that ignorance can be erased by a good education. Most of the time, I too have some serious doubts about fixing studpidity. For that matter, my education still has plenty of room for improvement. (I'm laughing.)
