dark shadow crossing doorway of room

Ok. I read the thread, its pretty old, about dark energy able to form visible dark shadows. Before I read this, in the last few weeks of living in this haunted house, I have seen small shadows crossing the doorway of my room reflected from the light in my room to the tv, or the corner of my eye. It's deffinatly moving quickly, its small goes about knee level. Checked cats location, light from outside, there is none. House inhabitated by three people with depression illnesses. Some drug use by the other two in house. Would explain dark energy.
Yes it's haunted. I have seen a ghost here when my ex used to live here, it's my nephews house. The ex sensed an older lady here and has been touched by something. What I seen was a male child in a seprete room then where he was touched. The lady would come to him in his dreams.
Ok, I was not really afraid. I take these things in stride. But if its negative energy how do you get rid of it, when three of the people have depressive disorders? How do you balance things out?

I also have experienced something sitting on my bed, door was closed and cat was not there. It sat, then moved, I could feel it. But I have felt this before at my old house. I just take notice of it, that is all. Same room my ex stayed in when he lived here.
I would also like to clarify that I was wide awake smoking a cig in the living room when I seen the shadows move across my my bedroom door. I turn the light on in my room so I can see in the living room to smoke, rather than turn on the living room light sometimes.

I have seen one once. Id suggest moving, if possible, even without the paranormal , living with three people with depressive orders may not be healthy for your mental state.

Yep it would be better to live on my own. But I don't have the funds right now for 1st and last month for an apartment. So I stay here because they needed help. I am one of the three, and its kept dark in here, which is not good at all. I am thinking on getting a special light for me. I burned incense around the room. I haven't seen it since those two times.
