I didn't really know what this was all about, first trailer showed books on quantom whatever and other dimensions, interesting, something I used to talk to a friend online about. No biggie. I realized it was ghost themed and that was it. Another no big deal. Then I went to look at the extended trailer, started with music of a lot of different voices singing/chanting? in another language, and I started to cry my eyes out! Cried through out the whole thing! I have no idea why, I looked up more info on the movie. It's a 100 tickets available per showing and it on the road event. I will try to link the trailer. I want to know what they were saying in the song, what type of music it was, and all that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n69cs9IVmwo But the whole trailer made me cry. Unusual reaction to say the least.

Music can have a very powerful effect...and I will say the sound of it was very interesting, although I can't say I know what it was. When I get a little time, I will try and see if I can find what kind of chanting it was.

I won't be advocating the movie though. Things like that just don't interest me because it blows things out of proportion and doesn't answer any of the questions I have. From the trailer, I don't think this will be any different...but that's just my opinion.

I think it's prayers, being sung, from India maybe? Not sure.

I've looked around a bit, and I have found a lot of prayer chants that sound similar. I did find this interesting link about music and its effect on emotions..particularly this part.

"Several characteristics have been suggested that might influence the emotion of music. For example, according to one study, major keys and rapid tempos cause happiness, whereas minor keys and slow tempos cause sadness, and rapid tempos together with dissonance cause fear."
