childhood, 4-6 years old.

Do you sleep on your back ?

not usually but it seems like i some of the incidents I was in fact sleeping on my back

Prior to SP,did you believe in paranormal/spiritual ?

How long does it last for ?

5 minutes at the most

Do you experience any "sensations"..please explain ?

yes, the classic perception of a malevolent or "negative" presence

Do you visually see anything during an episode ?

a dark coalescing fog or a shadow entity generally

are you aware Audibly during SP ?

I do not believe so

What do you personally believe SP to be ?

an imposed state of immobilization that intentionally mimics a sleep disorder to serve as a subterfuge for either:

- E.T. observation
- A.P.(astral projection) PSI vampirism or molestation
- spiritual or demonic contact, assault or molestation

Do you think there is a connection to SP and the paranormal ?
