How old were you,when you first experienced SP ? 32, 33 maybe. Can't remember the exact number.

Do you sleep on your back ? Yes, but when this happend, I was lying on my side on the couch.

Prior to SP,did you believe in paranormal/spiritual ? yes

Are you able to speak/shout out ? not in SP

Are you aware right away you are experiencing a SP episode ? yes

How long does it last for ? 20 seconds maybe?

Are you prone to this - onset of sleep or during ? This only happened once and I think it was onset of sleeping.

Do you experience any "sensations"..please explain ? no

Do you visually see anything during an episode ? no

are you aware Audily during SP ? there was no noise going on at the time.

What do you personally believe SP to be ? Medical reason. I read why/how it occurs and it made 100% sense.

Do you think there is a connection to SP and the paranormal ? Not at all

Have you encountered any para experiences in your life ? yes
