Our shadow visits

They're back..... well, at least one of them.

Today at work I got a text from Brit. She said she heard a noise in her room. She looked up (from the couch you can see down the hallway), and a shadow figure ran out of her room into my room. She got up and checked the house to make sure there were no intruders. She saw nothing, went back to the couch. Next, she heard something riffling through my stuff.

I believe it was more startling than scary for her. I called her after receiving the text. I reassured her that there was nothing to be scared of. They are just doing their own thing. If I had thought for one moment she was in danger, I would have left work early.

I wonder if we will be having increased activity. In a couple of weeks, it will be the one year anniversary of Mom passing.

I am going to make sure my batteries are fresh in my audio recorder. I want to talk to the shadow creatures. I have so many questions.
