Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - jka12002 - 07-20-2010 12:21 AM I tend to face the wall and cover my head when i sleep at night, although the place isnt haunted where im staying at i still dont plan to see a ghost if i open my eyes during my sleep. Have you done things like this? RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - howoldami - 07-20-2010 12:37 AM Oh yea, I used to be real freaked out about the whole subject. But, now that I have a little more education about it, I am much more comfortable with the idea. Actually, I'm more intrigued now than anything, and I am willing to investigate something I think is suspect. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - scarygirl67 - 07-20-2010 01:11 AM Honestly, I have not really been afraid seeing what may have been ghosts. There are living people that have scared me way more than anyone who is dead. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - Roland - 07-20-2010 03:23 AM Not so much ghosts...but in the Cryptozoology... Strange Creatures... Monsters side of it because of some of the remote areas i have lived in.And camped out in. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - sundayangelmona - 07-20-2010 05:07 AM People have fear about the things they don't know.Afraid of unknown.I somehow got used to fell these things or somehow to be aware of them.I don't think any of them is here with a purpose to scare you.(maybe some evil do). When I didn't know before what was all about I was scared but now I'm not. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - Fiona - 07-20-2010 05:47 AM I have been paranoid. Not in the sense that I am frightened of the dark at night etc, but in another way. For instance, there was a couple of weird events in my home recently- and that made me feel paranoid about other things that happened, things that were likely to be perfectly normal or natural in nature... It made me ask "Is this paranormal" about things things in a paranoid way. But I've talked to people on this forum and had a good think about things, and I feel more "grounded" now.... more able to think logically instead of jumping to conclusions. I do believe in spirits etc, but I don't want to turn into somebody who looks for them in every dark corner of the room! That WOULD drive me mad lol. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - 1TxLady - 07-20-2010 12:09 PM I know that's why my youngest started doing that around 10 years old. I think it's quite unhealthy to breathe in that unrecycled air all night. Me paranoid? No .... I feel if they want to be seen or heard, covers over your head won't make a difference at all.

I come across animals I've never seen before, and they really fascinate me more than anything. I've always been like that. I'm probably going to be the guy that gets mauled by a bear because I had to try to get close for that perfect picture, LOL. RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - super.fantastik - 07-20-2010 08:05 PM Since childhood I was taught that spirits were a part of this world & they need not be feared. The good spirits are greater than the bad. Ghosts? Hauntings? They never bothered me. I'm not paranoid of the paranormal. . just paranoid when it comes to people. lol RE: Have you ever been paranoid of Ghosts? - LMC - 07-20-2010 11:31 PM when I was younger I did... hiding under the covers... closing my eyes praying the lords prayer hoping they would go away. more than once I ran out of the house and slept outside in the backyard... even as a teenager I would run to my mother's bed and sleep next to her... as I got older and had kids I would go to the bedroom with my baby and shut the door watch T.V. ignore them until my husband came home. Now I except them and no longer fear them |
