So i know i write a lot of things, but i am really excited about this!!!

Today at work i was sweeping on the other side and someone said something rude to someone who works with me. She walked over by me (i was in a really great happy go lucky mood) and all of a sudden i got very very very angry like i was about to hurt someone, and i knew that wasnt my emotion she talked to me for a moment then walked away. My face was red and everything thats how angry i got, so when she walked away i said to myself this isnt my emotion make it go away and get your good mood back and i thought about what was said about imagin a shield. So i took a deep breathe and imagined it.

My upbeat great happy go lucky mood came back immediately!!!!!! It was amazing i made my day mine again!!! I feel like i am making progress and i am so excited!!!! I thank yall very much for all the wonderful tips!!

Thank you, i am trying my hardest and it feels great!!

Like anything new ... it's practice practice practice ...the brain naturally learns from repetition....doing the same thing over and over. I am so very proud of you, too!
