Let's see, I believe I have had sleep paralysis before however they would probably be put in the medical aspect since I was just not able to move and thats it. I believe I have only had that happen maybe 2 or 3 times in my life. The real full blown one I had I believe was a paranormal experience and happened only once and hopefully will be my last lol. I was living in Lagarto, Texas in a trailer with my parents. I was 16 years old and the house had been subject to paranormal activity. Just to give you a run down it was your standard hearing heavy foot steps in the house, getting locked out of our house, my nephews waking up in the middle of the night and talking to someone we couldn't see, hearing heavy breathing in the bathroom, shadows moving around, doors opening and closing, tv turning on and off, problems with the electricity, and our clay native american heads that my dad collected being rearranged to face where ever you were sitting in the livingroom. The heads only did that once and strangely reminded me of The Haunting lol.

Ok, so we establish that the place is haunted.

When this experience happened to me, it was in the morning and I was laying on my back and just woke up. At first I could hear my parents in their room and watching tv and I could see the sun beams through my window lighting up the whole room, so I decide to get up when I realize something wasn't right because everything was black and white and as I tried to swing my legs over the side of the bed I couldn't move. That's when all hell broke loose. In a instant flash my whole room went black as if it was night again and straddled me was the most grotesque looking woman I had ever saw. She had either scarred or wrinkled paper white skin and hollow eye sockets. Her hair was white, flowing all around her and her mouth was wide open. She wore a white dress that seemed like a nightgown. She had her hands around my neck and was strangling me to where I couldn't breathe and I could hear her screaming "GOD HELP ME!! GOD HELP ME!!" And even though I was scared sh*tless, I could actually hear me scream back in my mind "God help you? God help ME!" Then she was gone and I was for some reason facing my bed (lying on my stomach) and in a flash I could see through my bed, the floor, and to the ground outside below my room. In the ground laid a skeleton body lying on it's side with a white dress on and flowing white hair. After I saw that I was back laying on my back and everything had returned to normal, my parents watching tv and talking in the other room, daylight outside, and my room's color and went back to normal.

I never went outside to check if there were bones under my house, probably because at the time I was too scared to. The really creepy thing was before probably a couple of years ago there was a skull found underneath a house about a block away from our trailer.
I can really relate to this experience, and have also had what you mentioned about suddenly being face down. This is why I am convinced of a seperate second body, because although my physical body is facing upwards, there has been times during paralysis that beyond my control, the body I am in at that time seems to unwillingly turn, in a seperate direction to the physical body.

The skeleton you saw, may not have actually existed beyond there, because if we are to assume of the existence of the "astral world", then there could be things in this dimension that don't exist in the physical.

Based on near death experience accounts however there are also many parallels between the two.

What you experienced was sleep paralysis. Although it could be a medical condition it is largely initiated by evil spirits. They way to get rid of that is to not sleep where you were sleeping, it could be a certain room (I can't sleep in the living room couch for some reason without getting that but I got to the point where I can snap out of it fast with prayer and a bit of resistance) in your house or a certain day. If you can't get away from it you should hold a St. Benedict's crucifix (or one with the image of Christ on the cross) while you sleep. Also you can wear one around your neck. Bless the place and all should be well again.

It's cool I don't live there anymore plus I haven't had that problem for a long time ever since I came in contact with my guardian. My parents still live there and my mom is having problems when she sleeps feeling like someone is staring at her or just a bad feeling of dread when she wakes up during the night. I know how she feels because I use to get the same thing but now she's followed my instructions to start burning the religious candles to bless the room and she's told me it helps a lot.

Reading your message brought back flash backs to my experience, check my thread. When I read the "God help me" thing a chill went down my spine, and the choking is something I have blocked out after all these years, who is this scarey woman? If she is indeed the same entity?
dude, i do not envy you. If that was me, i would have thrown the b**** off me and i would've been gone! Sounds freaky as hell man.

The problem is, you can't. Youre muscles are like jelly, and your bones are like lead, its impossible to move, I can remember my head locked in a position, my kneck hurt when I was allowed to move again.
And, may I add, the screaming that simply resounds in your head while calling for help from nearby loved ones is the most torturous part of this experience.
