Instead of running from negative people, instead build your power up, focus on tapping into the energy available to us all, surround yourself with this power and you'll be immune to negative influences.

Of course you'll need to believe you have this ability, so always focus on the positive.

I really hope this is just a coincidence and not a curse.

jka12002,

Hands trembling is not a good sign. That could be a neurological problem. Getting some X-rays or CAT-scan might give doctors a better chance of perscribing the right type of therapy. I lost nearly all strength in my right arm and hand..., I had to use both hands to put my car key into the door lock and turn the key. My hands still tremble when I become too active.

Have you considered that some of these complications are due to something like genetics?..., sort of a family thing? I have had multiple injuries to my head, neck, both shoulders, my right wrist and lower back, as well as mid-back injuries. Most of this was due to 2 auto accidents. I also suffered a concussion. I couldn't remember any of the people I worked with. My memory came back about 12 to 24 hours later.

I inherited scoliosis which has flattened a few discs between my vertebrate. In 1975 I was carrying about 350 to 400 pounds across campus, while crossing a street, some driver started speeding up, and I tried getting across before being hit, and when I changed from walking, to running, something very painful happened to my lower back. So, some could be accidental and genetic, or just plain accident.

I did weight training in the morning and the evening, putting on about 27 pounds of solid muscle in 12 weeks. I just ate regular food, no supplements. Don't try any "Superman" stuff, it usually leads directly to potentially severe permanent injuries.

At that time in my life, I could press 140 pounds with either hand, and curling or military press, and a couple of other exercises using 25 reps in a set, and doing 4 sets for each exercise..., grand total of 400 reps. Then I'd run 2 to 4 miles in the evenings. That was where I started thinking I can do nearly anything. It's a delusion of sorts.

I lost all range of mobility, and walked around like a "stick man" unable to move my back in any direction..., and it hurt very much when I breathed. Sleeping was a problem, getting into and out of bed, sitting in a chair also hurt very much. It took about a year before the pain was diminished significantly.

If scoliosis is treated early on (age 6 to 12) they maybe able to correct it and control it when you get into your teens when you start experiencing "growth spurts." I've also heard that some eastern oriental communities have exercises (tailored to each individual) that will correct some spinal injuries.

Wishing you well,
jeff
