Firstly, this EVP is not mine, you may have heard it before if you're familiar with the work of the GIS in Utah. The GIS website has been derilict for about a year, it's totally messed up, hardly anything works on there and bandwidth is pitiful. As there is no way of contacting them anymore, and all the copyright info is unclickable now, the best I can do is say that this EVP is copyright of Brendan Cook and Barbara McBeath. I have uploaded it to a site with some bandwidth as it's 19mb and would take all morning to get it from their site. The file is not on this server, only a link.

That out of the way, this is the best, and worst EVP I have ever heard. It turns my blood cold listening to it.

Here is a guess at what you are hearing.

(Kid) Help me, can't breathe
(Deep mans voice) Murder
(kid) I can't breathe
(very low mans voice) I couldn't breathe
(Kids voice continues, not sure what is being said)
(woman's voice) I couldn't breathe
(just after this you will hear water thrashing around for about 15-20 seconds followed by a big thud And then silence again.

There has been no water supply to the property for nearly 20 years. The property was empty apart from the 5 adults that make up the GIS.

P.S. if anyone has any info on the GIS, please let me know if they're still alive.


DROWNING-EVP

--- I use Linux with no AV software, I have no reason to think this file may contain any nasties, but Windows and Mac users may wish to run it through your AV software before playing.

That was creepy, and if it is genuine i pray for their souls to reach their final resting place, just sad to hear that, i heard it once and real or not it made me cry (ashamedly) and it makes you wonder about the whole God thing sometimes.I hope not to offend anyone as i myself am roman catholic.

I think most of the sounds you hear are from people moving, footsteps, furniture.

That could have been easily fabricated.

I hate to be cranky but the EVP as shown on a well known tv show, how it is used, etc. simply leaves me cold and completely doubtful of the EVP as it is preached. I've tried using various types and have gotten some interesting results but nothing to the degree to which they were advertised wwhen purchased nor on tv. Guess it's a buyer beware if you spend money epecting great results.

This is my honest opinion about that evp, it sounds as though it's just people messing around obviously a kid a man and a women, the kid is saying help me can't breath and the man is using a voice thing to make his voice sound deep, and it sounds like the kid is splashing around in a bath tub. And at the end where you hear the thud, it was probably one of them smacking the side of the tub.

It is creepy sounding though.

Definitely creepy, and also definitely too good to be true. (Too bad to be true??)
Getting an EVP of 2 words is pretty incredible...this is just too much.

Some would call me psychotic, and probably do. I haven't seen my medical file, ever. So, God does sometimes speak to us in our heart.
If science serves some place in religion, and I doubt it, EVP is no exact science. I've only heard a single word, clearly, in an EVP recording. The word was "organization." Personally, I get more words I can understand reading a book..., even a Bible!
Make better use of your time. Read something to feed your soul.
