I know we have some pictures on here of Amityville, but you're right CMF..........I'm not sure what happened to the originator of this post.

It's funny though, yesterday morning I got to thinking about Amityville........the hoax and everything. I distinctly remember hearing on a talk show years ago, when it was originally debunked that there were a few things in the house that happened that were strange, but the Lutzes and Jay Anson (the writer of the original "Amityville Horror") dramatized it to make a profit. I was trying to find what those incidents were. Not much actually.................a nightmare that Kathy Lutz had that reenacted the DeFeo murders, an incident where she levitated an inch or two off the bed (but not the several feet that the movie portrayed) and the money that came up missing.

Those pictures were awesome! The stone archway outside just looks so eerie.

The first picture in the second row, is that a family mausoleum?

I don't know if this is true or not, but it wouldn't surprise me. There might be some partanormal activity from the defeo murders or whatever but what happened was exaggerated. If what they say happened really did then they should of just left instead of staying there until whatecer they thought drove them out. It was giving them financial problems anyway.

That boy is extremely creepy.he kinda looks like a mummy when they take off all the bandages(or linen)

I really don't know much about it other then its a paranormal team, I like the way they are presenting pictures as well as the quality.

Are you talking about the one on page 2 of this thread? That's the real house at 108 Ocean Ave Amityville NY.

The last one in the link I put on this page is of the movie house.
