I came across this photo online. As usual there is a divide between whether it could be fake or genuine... most things online seem to be faked, which is a shame, but I thought I'd share it and see what your opinion is... It's certainly a creepy picture!

This Reminds me of some of the fake spiritualist pictures from the early 1900s of 'Ectoplasm' coming from a mediums nose.
Yes, you've got a good point there.
I think it's supposed to be a hand holding up the childs face... so easy to fake, probably, but it gives me the creeps lol.
It is a creepy pic, either way. I like it.
If i saw exif information I could comment but without it and the size I would lean towards fake. If may have just been a long exposure where a person pulled away from the face making the wierd looking image. Of course if all the picture were there we may see the truth.
I have an awesome pic on my phone of my son's friends where he ran in front of it as I snapped it and it looks like a smoky ghost. I wish I knew how to upload it. I could really scam people with it! haha It's on my fb, for those of you who know me on fb. Maybe one of you could post that pic here.

I thought exactly the same thing when I looked at it.
This is just an opinion, as there is no exif to look at and the picture is incomplete..but the anomoly looks like it starts out as something naturally occurring (maybe a hair getting in the way) and then reflects. If there is a mirror across from her, a reflection might happen..but we can't see. The only other thing I can think of is that something was photoshopped onto the anomoly. If you look, it appears as though the two brighter spots on her mouth and the bit under the chin looks separate from the (hair I think) that is coming from the right.
